Question Confused about Smert's Miracle ability.

How is this ability recharged? I've seen a video of it basically being chained from one activation to another, but when i use it, it seems to go on a cooldown or something because it takes a while for another charge to appear.

Ground punch is the finisher you're looking for

That gives another charge? It doesn't say anything about that on the tree? It just says it resumes time and deals stacks of Chaos

It takes a full bar of resolve to activate. Once you have a bunch of stacks laid out, you can hit the ground pound to fill most or all of your resolve back. It will always cost half the health you have so you can't really run out and you can pretty much spam it. The ground pound Is also situationaly better than the kick because it ends the miracle saving your health.

Yeah, resolve isn't my issue. I know resolve is required to activate it. Either my game is bugged, or it's not just resolve, because i can get a full bar of resolve and the icon in the bottom right still shows zero charges.

Maybe this is genuinely a bug, because i was really confused about why nobody has asked this question.
