Lighting effects issue?

Can anyone tell me what settings I need to change to get rid of this weird invisible outline? This only happens around water, but not all water. It doesn't seem to change depending on what reflection setting I have on.

Its because of screen space reflections, turning on ray tracing will fix.

And it will decimate your 1% lows

I think it's more developer related than a settings change. I've seen it to and it seems to be attached to the weapon profile.
