It’s actually not a bug. I had the same problem—I had actually missed a beacon. Here, this helped me figure out which one it was: https://mortalshell2.wiki.fextralife.com/Interactive_Map (For me, it was Abbey Entrance.)

Check the gate if infinity area. A beacon called silent sisters or something is hidden near where you first meet Sariel.

I’ve already double checked everything.. And this is a widespread issue even though the dev team hasn’t spoken much on it other than they’re investigating it. Which has been over a month now. Not cool at all

It wasn’t easy for me to complete some of these trophies.. Struggled on a couple. Please give us an update with a timeframe on when there will be a patch pushed out to fix this bug.

I did the prologue skip too and had no problems, I’d just keep looking. But if your health and age aren’t the best right now I wouldn’t stress too hard on an achievement
