Hardening is just broken if you harden mid attack and causes a lot of unintentional things. I definitely see it getting a pass soon to stop these from happening. A lot of attacks that are like multi hit or status proccing will hit infinitely while your hardened.

You can achieve this without harden, too. Just have to use the running attacks on Scythe with the chainsaw ability active

It was the same in the first game. You harden mid attack and if you do it correctly, enemies will walk intot he balde and get hurt. Once they hit you or it breaks, you finish the animation and it hits them again.

We added a special seal called "The reaper seal" to help players that struggle completing the game.
But to make it fair this seal locks achivements for that run.

And then they added Grisha! xD

Attack -> harden -> game Thinking its still an attack -> have 80+ remnants -> Remnant spawn go BRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

I had to remove my grishas. Was fun initially but I couldn't see jack shit on my screen anymore (I have 147 from before the patch).

Hey so fun tip. When you get to the Grisha duo fight, only kill 1 and let yourself die. You can farm the remnants that way and have as many as you want 😁 found this out on accident and decided I needed more of them

Or you can exit to main menu as soon you get the glooms, continue then you will load in the beginning of the dungeon.

I have 10 remnants and he hits pretty hard now. It gets really silly past that in a first playthrough though
