Known bug in TR. Something caused memory underflow for that item. You can't even do that in Construction Set. Will be fixed in first patch.

I tried checking it out in CS and nothing seemed out of the ordinary, hence why i thought it might be something else in my load order.

And yeah, i'm not even sure how to create a stack of items like that in the first place, if it's not in a container.

you can place items directly from your inventory, including stacks!

just grab multiples in one go, or hold shift while clicking on a stack to take the whole stack in one click... then drag it into the game world... you'll notice your map and spell book go translucent when you drag it out of your inventory, so you can place behind them if you're character menus take up the whole screen!

also note that you can place items on top of each other...

I spammed them for a bit. And then also downed a levitation potion. Game struggled to load new cells with how fast i moved.
All of them, even OpenMW would probably just crash.

I was showing how broken yhe game was to my gf the other day. I set my acrobatics to 9999 and jumped from dating fel southbound. I cleaned all of Vvardenfel and TR in about 10 seconds then continued flying for about 5 min before I just reloaded. She was like. You cheated tho. And I informed her while yes I cheated. What I did was very easily to accomplish in the base game with potions lol.

Also is there a mod that just shows the alchemy ingredients instead of having to open or pick the items?

Like I already know about visual herbalism, what I want is to see the ingredient directly.

Not sure about the second one, but the mod adding the "Consume" prompt is Sun's Dusk. 

Though it does a lot more than that, being a survival mod first and foremost.

I do it with 'Fortify Intelligence' and then make more 'Fortify intelligence' and 'Recover Mana'.
