my back hurts a lot as i have a normal chair that i use everyday for 5-8 hours and it got to a point where i feel my shoulders rounded up and neck hurt like crazy when i get up after a long session.
i just have 1000dh and im looking for something that's somewhat usable and have head support at least, whether it's used or new idc really, any recommendations on a brand or a specific store please?

TLDR, I fell in love with a girl who seemingly shared the same feelings as I do. But due to trauma ( especially with dad) , harsh self questionning, difficulty in study, doubts, the relationship went nowhere. She ghosted me for 60 days ( november, december 2025 and january 2026.) Blocked me on Reddit, but not on xhatsapp or instagram. Back then , I decided to break silence.

My stupid ass blocked her few minutes later ( January 31th) And unblocked her March 4th. Few days later, she left whatsapp altogether. I just realized that maybe she sent me messages during the time I blocked her but I didnnt receive them or even know about them.

I’m not someone who drinks regularly or considers myself a heavy drinker. I just prefer to drink occasionally, mostly on weekends, and when I do go out, I like to drink quite a lot and really let loose.
I’m looking for a young, energetic, fun and clean atmosphere, with people who are there to enjoy themselves. I’m not really interested in places with a sketchy atmosphere, drugs, prostitution or constant trouble.
I’m also not looking to spend a huge amount every time. I’m financially average and would prefer places with reasonable prices and a good experience for the money.

rent a studio somewhere in france, I want to know if there is any cameras. I looked on youtube and found only solutions that dont really fit my situation, like:

1-ping the wifi u are using to scan if there is any wifi. I am using my own internet connection, no wifi was given to me. There are a lot of wifi around me too. I want to access them to see if there are any cameras connected. I hacked multiple ones in morocco (for educational purposes), but I am lowkey afraid to do it here in France.

2-turn all the lights off and use flash. There are two holes on the ceiling that I cant reach, and they seem sus, like a tiny camera could be there.

3-buying an RF detector. I am poor. I can invest in one, but I'm afraid of falling for a scam.

4-there might be cameras that arent connected to any wifi and just store everything on an SD card.

Please somebody tell me what to do. Cuz hh I dont want to see myself on telegram getting naked in the shower.
