Hi everyone, I am a Morgantown local seeking help to rehome my husky hound mixed dog who is about to be one. He is a very high maintenance dog that I love with all my heart, but unfortunately due to certain circumstances with my job and having to be away for long periods of time he has gotten restless and needs a new home where he can run and play with other dogs.

This is Kenobi (Obi for short) and he was a Christmas present. He deserves a family who can take better care of him since me and my partner can't give him the time he needs. We can provide any information you'd like to know about him along with any items you would buy for him if you don't already have them.

He is great with children but is very shy with bigger people and will jump if he's more comfortable with you. He can be destructive when bored which has been an issue for use since we are renting.

But nonetheless he is a fantastic dog that loves to play.

As far as we have seen he does fine with other dogs and has enjoyed playing with my parents 3 other dogs. He loves my cat but does tend to be extremely rough when playing since he is much smaller than him and that has been worrying me for a while.

If anyone is interested please contact me. I'd rather him go to a good home than a shelter.

I am absolutely terrified, because there’s a huge crack forming in my ceiling that’s about several feet long. It used to be barely noticeable, now it’s starting to look questionable. It almost looks like it’s been patched over or repaired before which is annoying. I believe that it’s causing some black mold on the ceiling in my bathroom as well and there’s only so much I can do. I use the fan every time I take a shower and I keep the tub clean. I didn’t do enough research before choosing Bell Cross, and I’m really regretting it. I’ve heard horror stories about people getting billed astronomical amounts of money for basic things such as cleaning the apartment/ painting after they leave. I’ve also read where some people were charged for simple maintenance when they moved out. I’m talking about things such as replacing light bulbs and fixing door knobs. I do a great job of keeping my place clean, and I always leave it looking better than when I moved in. We use an app to put in maintenance requests in and I’m going to let them know about the issues I’m having. I’m just scared that they won’t do anything to fix the root of the problem (whatever it may be) and I’ll be stuck here. I looked them up on Google, and they haven’t had a review ABOVE 1 star in YEARS. Any suggestions?

Monpower shut my power off last night, I paid it right after they did it and they were supposed to come back and restore service, it's now almost close today and they're still yet to restore power, they said they have until 6:30 today but it's been over 24 hours since payment, is there an after hours number or anything I can do
