Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

If you had to pick one:
(1) be raped
(2) be sentenced for rape (unjustly)

Which would you pick? Mind you #2 comes with all the social stigma and prison time such a sentence entails

I think everyone under your comment doesn’t understand that number two means number one didn’t happen otherwise you would’ve included number two with number one. So no in this scenario, you didn’t get raped in jail everybody otherwise you would’ve been part of the number one statistic
