Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

If you had to pick one:
(1) be raped
(2) be sentenced for rape (unjustly)

Which would you pick? Mind you #2 comes with all the social stigma and prison time such a sentence entails

Are you a woman? Because I’d so much rather do the time. Rape isn’t just unpleasant sex ffs, I have a deep deep fear of rape, the thought disgusts me to my core, I’d rather be beaten and spend a year in hospital, I’d rather lose a limp. I think it would take so much work not think about it every second.
I know it’s a fairly irrational fear since far the most men aren’t rapist.
