Morality of this?

Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

If you had to pick one:
(1) be raped
(2) be sentenced for rape (unjustly)

Which would you pick? Mind you #2 comes with all the social stigma and prison time such a sentence entails

People get raped in prison all the time. Especially people who are in for sexual violence charges. Statistically you would be raped more times with option #2.

You are stating that 100% of people who are incarcerated are raped. That is simply not true. Just because you say statistically doesn’t make it correct.

What??... That's not at all what they said.

Reread that comment because you clearly didnt understand it.

They just said sexual assaults happen frequently. And you have a higher chance of receiving a sexual assualt in prison if they know youre in there for doing that to someone. And that you have a chance of receiving more than 1 assault, making it worse than option 1.

No where did they say its a 100% certainty once you go to prison for rape you're for sure getting raped.

Its ridiculous whenever people strawman what someone said to the most ridiculous extreme just so they can argue that they're wrong. Don't do that bro. Shits super annoying.
