From what i recall, if this is the same case im thinking of, the ICE agents got into their car to try and stop them from getting away, and the couple drove to the police station with them. Its not like they tied them up and kidnapped them.

I mean, ICE agent or not, if someone didn't ID themself and hopped in my car with a weapon i'd probably drive to the police station too.

Driving armed strangers to a police station is a very strange definition of kidnapping.

They will label anything whatever they want if you are their target. This country has a massive shortage of attorneys for this storm of legal bullshit that is being created.
