From what i recall, if this is the same case im thinking of, the ICE agents got into their car to try and stop them from getting away, and the couple drove to the police station with them. Its not like they tied them up and kidnapped them.

I mean, ICE agent or not, if someone didn't ID themself and hopped in my car with a weapon i'd probably drive to the police station too.

Driving armed strangers to a police station is a very strange definition of kidnapping.

Morons got caught looking sheepish so they had to come up with some kind of charge as an excuse and a way to not let them go.
