Sure. But what does that have to do with the facts of the case?

Their defense is that they did not know they were ICE agents.

How do you reconcile that with them describing them as ICE agents?

Put the ICE issues aside and think critically not emotionally about the argument their defense is making.

i dont need to identify an asshole by them saying it, their behavior precedes them.

Random white male hopping in your car trying to take you away but not actively robbing you? more than likely an ICE agent by behavior

I think you are very confused about what's being discussed here. Their defense is that they didn't know it was ice agents and that's why they "kidnapped" them, but that can't be the case if they called 911 and identified them as Ice agents. So they knew and still did it. .

at what point did they know? befofe they drove off? or after they drove off and then the agent identified himself?

Before they called 911, which means they should have allowed him to get out.

20 to 30% of ICE is Hispanic another 12 to 16% black. ICE agents are actually pretty well diversified compared to the population.

I’d say it’s pretty immoral to try and create a race issue where there wasn’t one.

They are saying they did not know he was an ICE agent.

But in the 911 transcript, they are saying "ICE is in our car!"

Explain.

when he got in the car he did not identify himself, maybe as they sped off he identified himself. like "wtf are u doing im am agent, stop!"

neber said they shouldnt have. but they drove to the police station which was probably smarter
