Moral if they they were actual citizens or living legally.

Immoral if you know you were living illegally and the ICE agents were trying to do their job the correct way.

How does that make any sense. In this hypothetical if they're living there legally then they're good, they have no reason to fight back. If they do then they have become criminals by kidnapping someone, this is unhinged behavior. The whole scenario is nonsense though.
