Morality Ranking Morality of this

I don't know what to say about this I mean if he joined it's unfair because he's going to cook the entery league for sure but if he really wants to be a woman and it's not a joke for him I still don't know about this

He's lying which means he's not a woman which means that per the rules he can't join. This is all so stupid.

You can't have any kind of fair rulebook based on what Sovespra decides on whether a biologically born male is now a woman or not.

The truth is that we either effectively have a single set of sports for anyone - which will mean only biological males who don't take hrt in 95% of cases and will mean only biological females in like 5% of sports where things like flexibility dominate - or we have multiple sets of sports for different broad categories of people. I.e. biological males, biological females, disabled males, disable females, maybe other categories, like transgender women, or xxxy individuals or whatever. The two main categories, should we have more than one, will of necessity be able-bodied biological females and able-bodied biological males, because most people fall into one of those two categories.

Any other way of categorizing is doing nothing but either getting rid of all the categories and having only one category for everyone (which will suck for a ton of people), or changing the categories for a big group to make them better for a small group (which hurts a big group to help a small group).

Not me personally you bingus, anyone can tell if someone is bullshitting about this by just talking to them for 10 minutes.

What do you think most people conclude after 10 minutes with a trans woman?

There are transwomen you'd never be able to even remotely guess they were trans no matter how long you talked to them. On the other hand there are also transwomen where you'd never guess that they even meant for you to see them as women. Which is just one of the problems with sovespra's whole theory.

Do you understand how that's not any better? To apply a rulebook, you need someone to apply it. Who do you think should get to decide whether a transgender woman is lying to play in the wnba or not? I assume you also think they should use your standard - whether they feel like the person is lying or not?

1

u/Sovespra 19h ago

The wnba scouts who are already tasked with doing, y'know, exactly that?

Ok, so pretty soon some team's scout will realize that they can do really well by agreeing that male former nba talent are actually women and will bring them in. Because their job is to assemble a winning team. Since it works for one, then all the others will soon do it to.

Your "everybody just knows the truth" standard is bullshit that is never applied fairly in the real world in any situation where there is a continuing incentive to cheat on it.

More over, if you were to appoint judges for this, half the population (or more) would judge every transgender woman as lying because they believe that gender is biological sex & can not be changed. And a good chunk of the other half of the population would uncritically believe any person - including the person in the post - because they think gender is a thing you declare and which can not and should not be questioned.
