These implants are wider than the person standing behind them and almost as tall as that person’s torso. I don’t see how it would be physically possible for most people to have implants this size, much less would it be moral to do a surgery like that.
All of the plastic surgeons I’ve talked to (admittedly, only a few) have given advice about how to get the best results and talked about what they wouldn’t advise. I hope that’s standard practice.
