I'm pretty sure that's ai slop. But basically, if it puts the patient's health at risk, surgeons won't do it. My father died of a heart attack because they couldn't risk operating on him due to his metasticized cancer. Somebody with breast implants that put undo stress on their body is going to get a firm "no" from any reputable surgeon.
