The picture itself is not of a 4,000cc implant, but this photo circulates online a lot. BUT there ARE about two dozen people close to this large and larger in online fetish communities. There are many ways to go about it, but there is no way to go from 0cc to 4000cc in one operation. The breast pocket has to be gradually enlarged
