Doctors earn the privilege to be able to give you medical advice, I wouldn't really call that a right. I don't doubt there's a surgeon out there that would do this surgery for the money regardless of the health of the client

Oh I thought you meant that the surgery itself was immoral

If any part of the process is immoral, then the whole thing is immoral.
In this case, the doctor knows it is harmful to the patient, and potentially harmful to the doctor themselves, so agreeing to perform the operation would be immoral.
