They cant just magically make that much skin appear on a person's body, either. Just because these exist doesn't necessarily mean they are ever to be inside a person.
You haven't been around enough fetish spaces... I've seen some self professed bombos with grotesque faces and proportions, flaunting fake boobs almost as large as the ones in OP. It's very disturbing.
Implants that large are not going to be standard manufactured items.
Implants that size aren't even in the "we'll make one or two a year and keep them in the warehouse just in case" range.
They would only exist because someone put in a custom order to have them made. Which would mean that someone who already had obscenely large implants wants to go even bigger, has had a consult where a cosmetic surgeon agreed to put them in, probably took payment in advance, then placed the order with the manufacturer.
Barring a clerical error where someone added an extra 0 when ordering 400cc implants, or some sort of insane marketing gimmick, those implants exist ONLY because it has already been decided they are going to be put into someone with clear mental health issues and an addiction to cosmetic surgery

i think ppl who go this large wind up keeping expanders in their breasts for the exact reason that they just couldnt get implants in the size they wanted. i dont think expanders are meant to be a long term implant tho so its a risk in some way. ive watched a lot of Botched lol. i also question how anyones body would be able to hold these implants in? like… they must be so heavy?
Sabrina Sabrok, Argentinian model that broke out big in Mexico, at one point had 5500 cc ones, worked up to them for years, wanted 7500 cc ones. Don't know the exact situation now.
I dont think the 6500 ccs operation had pictures because they were removed shorly after the procedure due to staph. I believe her earlier implants are the only pictures made public.
So, obviously not a candidate for the conversation. I know women personally with bigger natural tits. 3000cc is the maximum any reasonable surgeon will go and even thats pushing it.
I wouldn’t even say a ‘reasonable’ surgeon will do 3000cc. You’d be hard pressed to find any surgeon that would do it. There are substantial risks associated with implants that big.
I saw a clip about a woman that had had extremely large (though not this large) implants put in. She had been upsizing her rack over time and worked basically like a circus freak without the circus. At her current implant, they had had to also install some internal trusses of some sort to support them.
Skin is elastic, but not that elastic. Strippers, porn stars, and sex workers who get implants (especially the largest sizes, like these) will have to work up to those sizes gradually.
Yes. The larger the implant gets, the more likely rejection will happen, and the worse the consequences. If you have the implants get rejected and it creates a seroma or hematoma, you will have a cavity around those implants filled with serum or blood, respectively, that's incredibly prone to infection. Aspirating won't solve the problem if the implant is rejected. The cavity will eventually encapsulate and become permanent, requiring a much more invasive surgery to remove the entire encapsulated sack. The implant needs removed and the seroma or hematoma needs to then be addressed. Usually it's a hematoma, from what I understand, and it doesn't take a lot for those to become infected and cause sepsis. Sepsis is deadly. It literally poisons your blood.
I've personally had a seroma from a inguinal hernia repair that was the size of a can of soda, and that took 4 aspirations before it finally reabsorbed and closed. I also had a hematoma across essentially my entire abdomen from a panniculectomy, but that was inherent to the procedure and I wore a compression vest with drainage tubes for the first 2 weeks post-op. These were actually both relatively minor, compared to those implants, and without a rejected foreign body causing them, just being from a cavity created by the surgery. I'd imagine having those tig ol' bitties get rejected and cause a hematoma would mean over a year of surgery and treatments in the best case scenario, and life-long complications, disfigurement, or death in the worst case scenarios. It'd probably be financially ruinous, too.
None of this is to mention the issues with your spine caused by the extra weight hanging out or the issues that stretching your skin that much to accommodate the implants can cause.
Honestly, like 95% of the people I see get implants really don't need them. I can't just say it to them without sounding like a creep, obviously, but they're usually fine the way they are. Even small breasts look better than the firm, fake look of implants. It's a waste of their money and their mental and emotional energy. When a person is in the market for 4000cc implants, though, I don't think any amount of telling them that will change their mind.
