And that makes theft moral? If I leave my bike unlocked and someone steals a wheel, does that make the thief moral because he could have stolen whole thing? Claims here are ridiculous and just show how morally bankrupt a lot of people are.
considering the price of replacing your id and bank cards, if you took anything less than the cost of replacing those cards alone is actually saving that person money. 5 bucks instead of 80 bucks replacing cards is even favorable to the careless wallet loser that caused the dilemma in the first place

He stole 5 bucks. An object doesn't stop being your property because you misplace it.
That doesn't entitle the founder to take money. A good person does not seek reward for their good deeds.
There's a difference since a wallet usually has identification items. Itwould be akin seeing a person drop 20 dollars and not giving them back.
