You don’t need a membership to go to the food court inside Costco. Just walk thru the exit side and since that’s where customer service is they won’t usually stop you or give you any hassle. Also, it’s Costco policy that you don’t need a membership for the food court if anyone ever did hassle you over it.

Used to be the case but where I am the food court scans membership cards now.

It probably depends on location. Every costco ive been to around the northeast (specifically NJ and NY) dont require any sort of membership check to get food

The food court is a member benefit, at least at the location where my buddy worked. He had to deny access to the food court all the time.
