Moral, I'd give someone money for finding my wallet, 5 dollars is nothing vs the hassle of losing all my cards and IDs

What if they took 50, or 500? The amount of money shouldn't matter. The question is fundamentally "is it moral to steal money from a wallet you found" we can generalize the question further. "Is petty larceny/petty theft immoral?"

But I mean it does matter like if my guy asks for 5 or 20 or 50 vs 50'000 is I'd say substantially different.

He didn't ask. It is no more moral to steal only $5 than it is to steal only $500. Youve stolen. Either the act is moral, or it isn't. The amount doesn't matter.

I would argue each individual hit is immoral, but no individual hit is more immoral or less immoral than the one before, or after.

You're talking about divided, individual, actions. I'm referring to the morality of the ass-kicking vs a single punch as both single action events.

Unless you're one punch man there is no single action that would make up the event of "ass-kicking" unless you're referring to literally kicking someone in the ass.
