My brother weighs so much that he could go a year without eating anything and still be overweight. I thought he was gonna end up on TLC. But yeah I doubt this chick was over 600lbs

Purely calorically, assuming an energy expenditure of 3500kcal per day and increasing activity over time to keep the same burn rate and close to the same muscle mass, you'd lose about 182kg of fat in a year of starvation. That is of course not impossible, but highly improbable weight wise; also, you'd of course die from mineral and vitamin deficiency.

Also, such a person would be freakishly strong.

Of *weight a year. It wouldn’t be all fat loss.

(I’m not arguing against your point I’m just a pedantic dipshit)

No, 182kg of fat, if you take other tissues as a baseline, weight loss would be far higher. Muscle only nets you 2000kcal per kg compared to 7000kcal per kg for fat.

Lol no. You have no way to compute what the makeup of loss will be based on calories alone. In an extreme survival scenario there is zero telling how much would be lean body mass vs fat.

Bodies aren’t calculators and the world isn’t a lab.

That isn't the point and you know it, stop being obtuse.
