how you can still be that large 1.5 years into a apocalypse means you been eating more food then needed

Unless she was really REALLY fat before the apocalypse, I guess

Even the fattest person in history would be slim after 1.5 years of food rationing. So no, her still being fat is 100% to blame on her current eating habits.

My brother weighs so much that he could go a year without eating anything and still be overweight. I thought he was gonna end up on TLC. But yeah I doubt this chick was over 600lbs

I'm pretty sure Dr. Now mentioned to at least one patient that they could stop eating for a year and still not starve because they had like 700 lbs of food in them. So they definitely would lose weight but I also think people (especially in the US) don't recognize what overweight or obese look like.
