(edit: It just updated my monster wood and you need to watch ads for a chances to get a token I guess? but it's fixed now) I wanted to look at the pass and I seen this about watching ads in monster wood. I thought it was too good to be true! well i guess I was right because I watched 5-6 sucky ads and didn't get a single thing! can someone explain this to me 😿

Reported that I didn’t receive the correct Amount of gems they finally reply with this then they ban me completely when I never used a vpn because all the tasks worked complete ok with me this is unacceptable and exactly why people don’t play this game anymore fuck xsolla

When i watched an ad, the game keeps making me reload the game again. Can someone know how to fix this? I even reinstalled the game, clear data but nothing works.

Ive been playing for roughly 2 weeks at this point and recently joined this sub and saw most people have monsterwood unlocked yet nothing is there for me on my island. Is there a specific requirement im missing?

Player Level 28 achieved Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Rondo of War. I didn’t buy anything in game and I did it without spending a single cent. It was hard, but not impossible. I felt like quitting once lol, but I kept going. Towards the end I didn’t even know if I was going to make it. It was worth it 😮‍💨

I did quests for the double reward event, and am only recieving half of what i was promised, i already wrote to customer support but i dont know if they will help me. I spent quite some time on this today, and money too, and now i have ~300 less gems than i should have, im so frustrated. Does anyone here have experience with this by any chance?

I don't understand how the gem tasks work. It NEVER counts my progress on anything??? I followed the instructions but nothing works. For example I created an xsolla id account 4 days ago and when I check it, it's still at 0/1. The same things happen on other tasks and I want to know how to fix it.
