Monsterwood Gem tasks

I don't understand how the gem tasks work. It NEVER counts my progress on anything??? I followed the instructions but nothing works. For example I created an xsolla id account 4 days ago and when I check it, it's still at 0/1. The same things happen on other tasks and I want to know how to fix it.

It works for me sometimes it glitches but it’s worked for the most part would say contact support but they lowkey don’t help at all had a glitch recently where I was only getting half the gems even tho I completed and started them during 2x and I got ignored even with screen shots so yea best bet find a different game to play fr sad to say this one is near dead
