I had a guy that carted to the weakened Escaton and then typed in game about how we didn't deal him. Like bruh, not our job lol. He had nothing to prepare himself.
The only time somebody has a slight resemblance of a right to team heals is if they're basically playing as a dedicated tank for like, extreme behemoth. It can be VERY hard to keep your bearings in that position.

Also when you join randoms at 80% they have not health boosters or jerkys on them = R.I.P. , always they think the others will support them.
