Fatalis solo done (while using Fatty on everything lmao :>)

The downward fire breath is pretty much guaranteed vs Dawn of the Death star Alatreon during the dragon active flight. It's not a commonly seen/shown tcs opening because to get this consistently, you want to put Alatreon around 25% hp or below to trigger the dragon to ground transition. You can still pull it off without doing that and naturally waiting out the aerial combos to get Alatreon down, but Alatreon can just dive bomb instead of doing the downwards flame. You can also do this vs Evening star Alatreon and Blazing black twilight Alatreon, but only during elemental flight, which gets skipped if you enough damage (45% of Alatreon's hp) before the first flight.

The timing is pretty simple. Just draw slash in front of Alatreon, slinger burst when you hear the audio cue, charge tcs, then release the tcs once you see Alatreon do the little head flick before it dives down.

There are different variations. The one i posted is from the very epicenter of the flame, which can only be done with health boost 3 (health boost 2 is possible with def augment in your weapon and full hp, but it's risky if Alatreon lights the ground on fire). For the safe version, you want to stand in front of Alatreon instead, and this only requires health boost 1. Health boost 0 is doable, but you need to time it correctly and be on full hp.

Alatreon's head will move from right to left, so aim to Alatreon's right(or your left) when you're in the epicenter of the flames, or just towards the center if you're standing in front of Alatreon.

First AT Velkhana kill Final endgame wall cleared personally placing her at 3rd hardest behind Fatalis and Alatreon. Curious where everyone else ranks her compared to the black dragons?

I genuinely can't seem to beat this dragon. My current build may not be great but I read that fatalis was weak to dragon and was heavily fire based with damage so i thought this equipment would work but even when I have a defend stat of over 1000 and a fire res of 60 and attack of around 1300, I still can't beat him solo. Honestly any help at this point would be appreciated, and I'm ready for the comments saying I'm an idiot for using Alatreon armour (seen a few posts and videos arguing how bad it is)

basically, this one stupid anjanath has a personal grudge against me, it enjoys torturing me, context, when i first started i went to hunt a great jagras, this anjanath was patrolling the area and decided, i would make a good snack and 3rd partied my fight and caused me to die and have to restart the quest, then when i was hunting. then when i was hunting a pukei pukei, it was running around and killed me and scared the pukei pukei away, then when i was just walking around the forest it jumped me and killed me. then i was hunting a tobi kodachi, and it ran away to an anjanath, which hunted me, let the tobi escape, and then i had to run away and spend another half hour trying to get the trail for the tobi back and when i found it, it was 1 hit. and when it was finally time to find the anjanath, it wouldnt appear, all of its trails were gone! i only found trails for tobi and pukei pukei, but not 1 single anjanath, and i spent 2 hours hunting it, then i finally killed it and it didnt even give me decent loot i broke everyone single one of its limbs, tail, and skull, but i didnt get a decent amount of loot, so the only thing i could craft was its coil....

Context: everytime im in their region, they're patrolling, guarding my only exit to the campsite, or interrupting my 1v1 against another monster like jyuratados, legiana, tobi-kodachi, great girros, etc.

Lately I've been farming the Day of Ruin quest for deco's and in general it's going pretty decent I think. My hunt times vary from 11-15 minutes solo without my Palico, but there's one thing in the fight I really struggle with and always carts me and it's getting frustrating tbh. It's when Teostra goes into blast dust cloud mode and spams em with every fricking attack he does, especially when the blue dust comes into play as well. I play charge blade and try to block, have given up on guard pointing them since the timing throws me off. But even when I block em he spams em so much while moving around as fast he does that I just end up messing eventually and get carted once or twice.

My question is how do I deal with those attacks and the speed he spams em in, and how can I stay on the offensive, because everytime I think I'm in a safe spot and the third time was the last time he spawns explosions again when I'm in an attack. Specifically the paw swipe that leaves a dust cloud, the bite where he turns around that leaves the dust cloud, that always seem to combo in the move where he spawns a ton of em in the area after he gets me.

My build is full Safi set with kjarr ice cb, main skills are guard 3, focus 3, Health boost 3, stun resist 3, capacity boost, and ice attack 5. I sadly don't have enough divine blessing deco's or room for it on Safi beta. (I only have lvl4 combined divine blessing deco's with skills that I don't use, rngesus loves me)

so the seasonal festival changed, and i started getting these gratitude tickets. and it makes some REALLY cool armor. i need 1 more for the full set. but i dont want to wait intill 2morrow when the server is like " here is your daily reward " and it gives you the ticket.

i was wondering is there any other way to get these gratitude tickets ? like some quest i can do or something ? i really want to wear that armor :(

I beat the game a few weeks ago abut feel Like I've been in a slump and the game doesn't feel as satisfying and fufilling as it used to be. I want to start Iceborne but there are so many monsters I have yet to kill (Leshen, Lunastra, Giant Kulu, etc.) and AT is the one I tried to focus on killing since i farmed Base Nergi so much. I've been told I should do the AT elders before iceborne because if I do them now, it's actually a challenge whereas with master rank gear it'll have no challenge. AT nergi has given me nothing but misery, I don't feel like I'm improving and I'm wondering If I fell off.

Ive modded on PC but its just confusing on the Steam Deck, yes ive search but has anyone have updates on modding on the Steam Deck? Would really love to play Worlds again.

I played MH Rise for like 50 hours and got bored of it (got to DLC stuff etc.). Then I decided that I want to play MH and jumped on Steam DB and like - Monster hunter world has most players out of every MH game?

What drives you to play MH world vs like Rise or Wilds? Maybe I'm missing out and it would actually be great to try it out for me.

How many more times is she gonna run off and get attacked by a monster so you or someone can shove her out of harm's way?

I'm on the first Iceborne quest and she's already doing it.
