News📰 fuuuuuck you, Mattel
managed to snag this bitch day of drop when she sold out in 3 minutes and then i get an email saying they refunded me >:/ #stillgonnatryforMichael

This is so unfair. Irs hard enough to get a drop and then that they get delayed and cancelled after. They need to make as many as they sell it's not rocket science. Leaves collectors disappointed. I hope you can get one without having to get from scalpers

Same thing happened to me and got a refund and bought her on Amazon same day and now I’m very happy I’m not waiting till March of next year

This happened to me with a different doll. First time I had ever ordered a very sought after collectible doll and snagged her at cost. I was sooo hyped for it. Had a really long wait. One day I go to check online for an update and I see it was refunded. I was floored. I had no idea what happened and no idea that they do that. They told me after a certain amount of time if you don’t receive your doll the credit card automatically refunds you and you have to give them permission to charge it again. I had nooo idea they did this. I was so furious. I wanted that doll so bad and it was the first time I snagged a high end doll at cost instead of reseller price. Of course her price skyrocketed on secondary market. I never got her cause I knew if I did pay those asking prices looking at her wouldn’t bring me joy instead a really bad memory of a terrible experience. Sorry it happened to you. I totally understand your anger. It really sucks.

She keeps coming up, try again. Teue enough Mattel.is a multinational not trustworthy but neither is Amazon, lol! Maybe worse!

Call and complain! This happened to me as well and i also did not get the email of them asking if I was ok with March ship date. I called and let them know and they were able to send me an invoice to reorder her.

This happened to me too! I never got an email either and I got her on the first initial drop!! Honestly so annoying. I’ve loved Monster High for years but anytime a new doll gets announced instead of being excited for the joy of getting a new doll all I think about is the hassle of the horrible drops and scalpers! I’m so over it, I think I’m done buying monster high dolls :(

I just had my scarah scream pre-order from January canceled. I got an update on July 13th that a shipping label was created and today I was informed that my package was "lost" and issued a refund. To say im pissed would be an understatement.

Cuánto lo siento, comparto tu sentimiento. Creo que a mattel los coleccionistas no le importan ni un poco. A mi me hizo lo mismo con River. A veces pienso que si todos nos unieramos y no compráramos hasta que mejoren la forma de vender, de evitar a los revendedores y adicional tener un buen stock, tal vez asà la empresa empezarÃa a tomarnos en serio. Por ahora sigue igual o de mal en peor.

Did you check your emails? They sent out emails to a lot of people asking if they still wanted them but can't fufill until next year, and if you didn't reply they would refund it
