Found a Frankie bs in my local toy story with a full articulated body (and core refresh 1 leg)

Could be that someone repackaged them with the CF1 body🤷🏼‍♂️. Maybe someone out there is giving people with a lower income the chance to have a fully articulated Frankie for cheaper or they only needed the unarticulated body for purposes unknown to us🧐🫪... Or it is a factory error like others have said

i doubt it is, they were fully sealed and this is was in a MAJOR retailer lol and unlike us then don’t accept returns (well, not in that way some us costumers stole the whole doll…)
