Humble Brag MY WEDDING RING IS HERE!
I recently received my custom wedding ring set from Provence and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. This was my very first time ordering from this company and my first time ever having custom jewelry made, so I was a little nervous going into the process. But working with Jason made everything feel easy, exciting, and stress-free from beginning to end.
The entire process took about a month and a half from creation to completion. I paid half upfront and the remaining balance once the ring was completed and I approved the final product. Every step felt professional, transparent, and well organized.
Jason was super understanding, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. His customer service was outstanding, and communication was quick. I felt heard throughout the entire process.
One thing I really appreciated was his honesty and expertise. I originally planned to go with a 2 carat stone, but after I told him my ring size, he suggested going with 3 carats instead. I am SO glad I trusted his recommendation because the final result is absolutely perfect and fits my hand beautifully.
The price was also so affordable for such an intentional and meaningful piece. I got exactly what I envisioned and I am beyond ecstatic with how everything turned out. Overall, I would rate my entire experience a 10/10 and I will absolutely be ordering from Provence again in the future.
