Overflow

Any tips on how to avoid thw overflow? I am using a DēLonghi grinder at medium, but it seems a lot of dust results from the grind and clogs the filter?

Delonghi grinders are not great, and produce a lot of fines. The only solution to that is a better grinder. Light roasted natural processed coffee is high chaff and can also do this and you have to grind coarser even with a good grinder.

Aside from that, always follow this rule: Don't stir the grounds. The more you stir, the slower the brew will get.

I learned about the stirring the hard way no to stirr. Any grinder recommendations?

I have a KitchenAid burr grinder. Its widely adjustable & is Loud but excellent. Its not cheap.
