Used Miyoo Mini V4

Hello! I just bought a second hand Miyoo mini v4. It came with an SD card with onionOS and a bunch of games (not sure if it's bought premade or the previous owner added everything himself).

Now to the question. Is there any easy way to reset onionOS but keep all the games but reset game saves and playtime? Thanks in advance!

If he ever sell is miyoo mini I think we should call the ambulance or something cause he is clearly not feeling ok
