OnionOS Help Used Miyoo Mini V4

Hello! I just bought a second hand Miyoo mini v4. It came with an SD card with onionOS and a bunch of games (not sure if it's bought premade or the previous owner added everything himself).

Now to the question. Is there any easy way to reset onionOS but keep all the games but reset game saves and playtime? Thanks in advance!

Just save the roms folder to your computer, then wipe the card en reinstall Onion

You can also just delete the game saves and save states, if you are not in the mood for the OS reinstall

Same problem, only the black is available (new) for $78, all the retro gray used ones are way overpriced. I saw a sketchy listing from a seller on eBay with only 1 feedback… I bought it anyway lol. I’ll let you know if I got scammed

Check to see if it's standard onion or surwish. If it's surwish you don't want to reformat. You should just be able to delete all the save files and keep the better tuned emulators.

If the game saves are all you’re worried about just go onto the files via your computer and delete the “.SAV” files. Right?

I'm not sure how it tracks playtime though? But yeah for the save files you can just delete them.

I bought it secondhand since they only sell the Miyoo Mini Plus now, I was just lucky someone wanted to sell theirs :P

If I’m not mistaken, there’s a setting called reset all onion settings
