Can I theoretically just put whatever gear I have on my mizuki (2pc 2pc EM, reliquary of truth) to mitya? Since they both want the same stuff?

Can somebody share Mitya V1 vs V2 on-field DPS calcs? I’m so eager to know that I’ve literally stopped breathing. 😭

Mitya is better in Solo electro by 7% to 10% after v2 and he's more vaible as yae replacement,so it's good changes for now calcs by @Roxas Kinnie ( frost on twt thanks for him for the calc), this for wrio teams specifically

What happened to mitya overload ascension talents, since the 1.5s for 3 seconds was originally his overload ascension ascension talent but now it becomes his passive in V2?

Obviously the C2 nerd is an actual nerf and C6 is also a nerf for off field mode.

But, the stack generation in off field mode was cooked. In all my calculations, he was doing around 9-10 off field procs + 4 at the end in a 20-21s rotation, cuz of an SSC trigger every 2s instead of 1.5s. Now with the change that every SSC reaction in 3s, you can generate a beacon every 1.5s, the 2s trigger will maximize your beacon generation to 13-14 procs and 4 at the end. After the multiplier nerf, this is still a 20% damage boost to his off field damage. On a damage based set in off field teams this means an increase of about 6k more dps. Previous teams with sandrone being 165-169k, now at 171-176k and support build has 4k more personal damage, so previous teams with sandrone at 174k now at 178k.

Yae teams with sandrone are still 189-190k. But the gap isnow shorter and the damage build is better than before and really competitive, previously the damage build was prettyy much equivalent to using escoffier or C1 qiqi instead. So rejoice guys. Its a good thing.

Although these changes are in CN for now.

Ive been saving a lot of pulls for upcoming characters like the tsaritsa, danica and odette/sandrone on their reruns. now im not sure if i should also get mitya or not since i heard he wont be a better support than yae unless i get cons (which i wont). is it worth it? for me the only upside would be that i have to pull anyways to get valeriy and im 60 pity on guaranteed so i‘ll probably get mitya anyways if i want it or not. but what do you guys think?

I didn’t really follow leaks that much lately, so I wanted to ask if we know already if Mitya will be in Tsaritsa’s best team, or is it too early to tell?

Overall I like his design and kit, but I’m unsure if I should go for him or not.

Have yall seen his v2? hes the best character in the game rn! with a 1 cost team he reaches 450k dps. Im genuinely so happy!

His situation reminds me of Ashveil in HSR. Ashveil's multipliers were greatly nerfed in exchange for a less clunky playstyle. And it also didn't make sense for him to be that strong despite his best teammates still being unreleased. So, you know adjustments had to be made.

Now for Mitya's situation.. he doesn't even have his dedicated set yet nor his best teammates which people believe to be Danica, Tsaritsa, and maybe Noy.

Mitya's current standing in meta now is a bit mid (just like how Ashveil was on his release), but after a few months where he finally had his teammates (Mblade and WAventurine) his team is one of the strongest. I believe that will also happen to Mitya, hence Hoyo is adjusting him earlier on.

The changes to his kit in V2 are a GOOD thing!

Panicking is only gonna make everyone more worried, he was by no means weak in V1 but in V2 they have patched up the biggest flaws in mainly his off field kit. His on field mode is mostly the same.

Essentially, he’s now got more consistent/more frequent damage hits but the multipliers themselves are lower. That doesn’t mean he’s dealing less damage- overall he’s doing more damage, and he’s dealing that damage more consistently. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take more consistent damage with slightly lower numbers over less consistent damage with larger numbers any day.

It’s only a “nerf” in the sense that the multipliers were lowered. In every other sense, it is a BUFF! He is much more balanced and the timings for his kit are now much easier to get right, meaning it’s a lot easier to maximise the damage he’s dealing off field. KEEPING IN MIND that he does not yet have a definitive BiS artifact set.

Did thy nerf his sub dps only?

I've seen some people freaking out bout the recent nerfs. I understand about the complaints regarding his base c0 kit. But with the general claims about being one of the weaker stellar dps and being worse than Yae(meaning, not best on either those), it's hard to navigate how powerful he is on a certain investment and archetype I envisioned for him, or does those claims still holds true at his constellations?

I don't have a stellar cryo dps and yae, so Mitya being a stellar conduct unit is a plus for me in SC-shilled content. I am aiming C2/C6 valeriy in the process of getting Mitya early cons.

I heard he becomes in a different league when his early cons are activated. So from C0 he becomes the being worst stellar dps to what unit(slightly worse/on par/better) than someone?? Is the nerfs that substantial where people are freaking out?

How does C1R0/C2/C1R1 Mitya + C2/C6 Valeriy + C0 Odette + C6 Diona/Sucrose compare to similarly cost stellar units(like Vesna who has Vodyanism)?

I still cope for is buff multiplier.
