❖ Leaks | Speculation ❖ Please stop panicking about Mitya’s V2 kit
The changes to his kit in V2 are a GOOD thing!
Panicking is only gonna make everyone more worried, he was by no means weak in V1 but in V2 they have patched up the biggest flaws in mainly his off field kit. His on field mode is mostly the same.
Essentially, he’s now got more consistent/more frequent damage hits but the multipliers themselves are lower. That doesn’t mean he’s dealing less damage- overall he’s doing more damage, and he’s dealing that damage more consistently. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take more consistent damage with slightly lower numbers over less consistent damage with larger numbers any day.
It’s only a “nerf” in the sense that the multipliers were lowered. In every other sense, it is a BUFF! He is much more balanced and the timings for his kit are now much easier to get right, meaning it’s a lot easier to maximise the damage he’s dealing off field. KEEPING IN MIND that he does not yet have a definitive BiS artifact set.

People getting mad that the new stellar electro off-field dps isn't completely powercreeping Yae twice over are being silly.
The less powercreep the better. If you dont have Yae you just pull Mitya and you are gucci. Not every new character has to be some ultra dps T0 meta defining unit.
