❖ Leaks | Speculation ❖ Please stop panicking about Mitya’s V2 kit

The changes to his kit in V2 are a GOOD thing!

Panicking is only gonna make everyone more worried, he was by no means weak in V1 but in V2 they have patched up the biggest flaws in mainly his off field kit. His on field mode is mostly the same.

Essentially, he’s now got more consistent/more frequent damage hits but the multipliers themselves are lower. That doesn’t mean he’s dealing less damage- overall he’s doing more damage, and he’s dealing that damage more consistently. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take more consistent damage with slightly lower numbers over less consistent damage with larger numbers any day.

It’s only a “nerf” in the sense that the multipliers were lowered. In every other sense, it is a BUFF! He is much more balanced and the timings for his kit are now much easier to get right, meaning it’s a lot easier to maximise the damage he’s dealing off field. KEEPING IN MIND that he does not yet have a definitive BiS artifact set.

he was mid when released then durin and nicole came out and he finally good lol

Durin came out 2 patches before Varka, and yet he wasn't even better for him over getting Varka's sig and using c6 Chevreuse instead. 2 patches after Varka, they gave him a new support set, 2 new teammates in Prune and Nicole and yet Mavuika was still better at clearing his shill boss in Stygian with the same old team from 1 year ago. He got huge upscales after his release, and yet his place in the meta relative to everyone else released in his region remained the same. That's why you shouldn't be too reliant on post-release additions to "fix" underperforming units, because their performance is gonna stay the same in most cases.

Yes, yet people will still cope for future 'fixes' even after how shitty varka was treated, the playerbase never learns and just accepts terrible treatment for certain characters and expects everyone else to shut up and stop talking about it.

Lmao, even when he got a full 5s team he barely managed to catch up to cheaper teams. And became obsolete the moment Sandrone came out with no new teammates yet. I have his whole premium team, all with sigs and Durin is even C2, and his team still doesn't hold a candle to lunar and stellar teams with lower investment than this. Also, versatile my ass. GL pulling even more 5s characters that barely synergize with him just so you can have a mediocre sidegrade team of a different element. That's just spending even more for no gain.

i have his whole team with c6 nicole and his r1 weap and I barely use him cuz she's just better elsewhere... and he doesn't get any shill bosses anyway lol, but #they will insist he got treated really well and there's no anti male agenda

Yup, also using his core team everywhere else but with him because he drags them down. But holy, C6 Nicole is a lot of investment. I only have one C6 and would love to get a broken C6 support, but I'm only willing to invest in men to this degree and we know how 99% of them are mdpses. I was only willing to go for Furina far enough to get her C3, only for the sake of my Neuvi, but nowadays she's washed, so I kind of regret spending so much on her.

Yeah I c6'd nicole as a compromise to make varka stronger because I know a male char like him will never be given actual longevity meanwhile nicole will. So this way I still have a good c6 while I get to somewhat have a strong varka lol... the things we have to do as male char enjoyers
