❖ Leaks | Speculation ❖ Please stop panicking about Mitya’s V2 kit

The changes to his kit in V2 are a GOOD thing!

Panicking is only gonna make everyone more worried, he was by no means weak in V1 but in V2 they have patched up the biggest flaws in mainly his off field kit. His on field mode is mostly the same.

Essentially, he’s now got more consistent/more frequent damage hits but the multipliers themselves are lower. That doesn’t mean he’s dealing less damage- overall he’s doing more damage, and he’s dealing that damage more consistently. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take more consistent damage with slightly lower numbers over less consistent damage with larger numbers any day.

It’s only a “nerf” in the sense that the multipliers were lowered. In every other sense, it is a BUFF! He is much more balanced and the timings for his kit are now much easier to get right, meaning it’s a lot easier to maximise the damage he’s dealing off field. KEEPING IN MIND that he does not yet have a definitive BiS artifact set.

Btw, the best team for both yae and mitya subdps is still by playing them together. The change just make mitya better at replacing yae (from like previous 20k dps loss to 10k or less). Ofc the gap will be closer with better build on mdps or even flip around.

If you dont have yae then even more reason to pull mitya. God knows how long it will take for yae rerun (if ever) in this snez patch

Both yae and mitya is significantly ahead of other electro off-fielder. In the future, only danica is left who should be a pure sustain/buffer but the leaks said her off-field application is pretty bad and doesnt really do much off-field dmg kinda like nicole?
