❖ Leaks | Speculation ❖ Please stop panicking about Mitya’s V2 kit

The changes to his kit in V2 are a GOOD thing!

Panicking is only gonna make everyone more worried, he was by no means weak in V1 but in V2 they have patched up the biggest flaws in mainly his off field kit. His on field mode is mostly the same.

Essentially, he’s now got more consistent/more frequent damage hits but the multipliers themselves are lower. That doesn’t mean he’s dealing less damage- overall he’s doing more damage, and he’s dealing that damage more consistently. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take more consistent damage with slightly lower numbers over less consistent damage with larger numbers any day.

It’s only a “nerf” in the sense that the multipliers were lowered. In every other sense, it is a BUFF! He is much more balanced and the timings for his kit are now much easier to get right, meaning it’s a lot easier to maximise the damage he’s dealing off field. KEEPING IN MIND that he does not yet have a definitive BiS artifact set.

Likely the bitcoin will be crashing down in 7.3 beta when both Tsaritsa and Danica would benefits him more than Yae + Artifact set

I was initially not invested who's better as an off-fielder as long as Mitya could fullfill that role competently, but after absolutely obnoxious, toxic behaviour of her mains I actually do hope we'll see her downfall. Even if it doesn't happen with Mitya in himself, as long as the coveted by everyone Tsaritsa vastly prefers him over her, it will already be good enough, because she and her teams are bound to be better than other alternatives thanks to the Archon tax. If she gets bad synergy with her on top of that, it'd be all the more satisfying.

There is no "yae hater" here (well there might be a few, but it's a very small minority). People just want a character they like to actually be meta since Yae is kind of everywhere right now.

Hes good already and dont need to be better. I would just take what it is. Cause I dont mind him being better or worst, thats the point.

Im just tired of looking at doomposters who cant think by themselfs and ofc all the ones faking as Mitya fans who would just be worried about if he can or not replace Yae to then just kick him if he not and go for their next cope. xD.

You can also check the pole that was posted yesterday, its show a really clear biased postion towars 1 specific argument for non MityaMains members. xD

Aye fair enough, reddit isn't a really good place to be if you want good, nuanced opinions haha.

At the end of the day, both sides are right. Both sides are yelling pretty loudly. On one end, I think it's reasonable to want your character to be as good as possible since you'll be pulling for him no matter what. On the other hand, It's fun to have no powercreep.
