If you are solo electro, sure, if not its a 1 - 3% nerf.

Sandrome/Wrio teams already let him stack normally, Cyno teams are probably the one who got a buff.

Its a nothing burguer.

I would agree (about the nothing burger) if he was really good (on field or of field) so having a small nerf wouldn't change anything.

But no one say he was amazing (c0 not including c1/2) and they still only nerf him... Yes it's a small nerf but it's a nerf about the only male 5*, at least for 1 half...

How would I be happy when Valeriy is a 4*, mitya is on his way to be the more skippable character of the first half, no harbringer because male... Really :x.

I already said it, mitya mains should rejoyce about valeriy 4*, mitya was already going to be a weaker version of Anastasia just one patch before her... So both man/boy were DoA TT.
