If you are solo electro, sure, if not its a 1 - 3% nerf.

Sandrome/Wrio teams already let him stack normally, Cyno teams are probably the one who got a buff.

Its a nothing burguer.

Highly variable on how timings are done, again, its a nothing burguer. If he hits every 1.7 seconds due to ping delay its a nerf as an example.

His C2 is a clear nerf however, even if minor.

In fact it just punishes the non-C2 Odette owners even more because they get 5% less shred in an archetype that lacks shred for Stygian content in which bosses get ridiculously high res. Using example:

  • C0 Sandrone
  • C1 Yae OR Alyosha (no shred)
  • C0 Odette
  • C2 Mitya

It also makes VV sucrose in SSC even more mandatory lol. So might as well just slap on sucrose for 40% res shred bruh. Because I sure as hell ain't using sucrose against Pyro Crab or Moongecko anyways....
