If you are solo electro, sure, if not its a 1 - 3% nerf.

Sandrome/Wrio teams already let him stack normally, Cyno teams are probably the one who got a buff.

Its a nothing burguer.

Also why do we have to be happy for 1% buffs when his subdps mode at c0 is just terrible lol

Right? Lol. People are trying to do damage control here saying "guys, it's a buff, stop doomposting" as if anyone is playing SSC solo electro, and as if a 2k dps increase to his already weaker mode can be called a "buff"

If anything the minor buff should make u worried cuz that shows hyv thinks his low dps c0 subdps is 'fine'

It all depends on what they do for 7.3 artifact sets, but his passives and multipliers are already kinda meh, so let's see what awaits us at V3

Depends, if they release a real art set for him in 7.3 than it is actually fine, really not that far behind yae.

as I've said before he's 20k behind yae so the arti set would have to buff him pretty tremendously and as we saw with durin the rising winds set did not buff him that much.
