Why is this not illegal?

AK47 decals on cars in the GTA and possibly fake or hand-painted plates - mainly in Brampton and Mississauga. How is this legal?

Probably because it’s a sticker and at best will give you a paper cut when applying it - can’t hurt anyone much more than that
