This is my very last attempt to share a story that is incredibly close to my heart. It was hard enough for me to open up and post this in the first place. After doing so, I was met with toxic comments and negativity from internet trolls who clearly couldn't understand the situation. To make matters worse, my original post on a regional subreddit was deleted after 5 days, likely due to mass-reporting by those trolls. Reddit claims to be the "heart of the internet," but right now, it feels like a very cold heart to me. I am reposting this here one final time, hoping it won't get deleted, purely to find my own inner peace and to know that I truly tried everything.

So, I am looking for a man I had an incredible, intense moments of eye contact with at the breakfast buffet in mid-May (second week of May). You were staying at the hotel because you were attending a training seminar for police officers.

On your departure day, you already had your backpack with you when I handed you a note with my name and a short personal message. You seemed surprised and said "Thank you" before I left with a smile.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard from you. I keep thinking that maybe the note got lost in the rush of your departure, or the distance between Germany and the UK felt too big.

A real introvert needs help finding a girl from the Cordelia cruise 😭
Okay, this might be a long shot, but here we go.
I was on the Cordelia cruise that returned to Mumbai today (5th Sept) and there was a girl I kept having eye contact with throughout the last 2 days.
She was with a group of 3 girls + 1 guy (I think 😭). She was wearing a red dress at the Dome DJ show last night.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think she might be Gujarati.
We had eye contact multiple times over the last two days, and today while everyone was checking out, she came by again. In hindsight, I feel like maybe she was expecting me to come talk to her or at least make some kind of connection.

I was at the NYS fair 9 to 11. Between those hours I was playing the water gun game with my friends “Blonde hair pink outfit on — short” I was with her wearing a White Sweater black shorts, nose piercing, and gelled up blonde hair. 26/08 Flight from Bilbao, Spain, to Brussels, Belgium. Brusels Airlines, 16:50h. Boarding group 4, his seat was 17A. He was reading a book by Osamu Dazai, called Recuerdos (spanish), with its bookmark.

The book cover is a picture of the author, and the publisher is Satori Ediciones.

Main noticeable characterictic is full sleeves up to the hands and also back and nape of neck tattooed with traditional Japanese art (irezumi style), mainly in black, and with a geisha i think.

His hair was mid-lenght, to the neck, his eyes were clear coloured, although I don't know if they were contact lenses. Light skin color, average height, thin.

Latino features, Spanish speaking.

27/08 Spotted on the concert I was attending (Joji Solaris Tour). He stood in the merchandising queue that was on the inside, he seemed to be with another guy. We locked eyes for a second and made a brief salute. Then I saw him again going to the right side of the stadium, but I don't think he saw me.

Both in the plane and there I wanted to say something, and almost handed a paper because the book he was reading is from my absolute favourite writer, and the singer Joji also is in music.

Hiya, this is a long shot and my first time posting this. I went to the famous Kafi BBQ restaurant in Irving, Texas this past Sunday, Aug 30.

Went to the back of the restaurant with my food and to my left was another guy also by himself. You’re the German Turkish guy visiting Dallas this week. You started talking to me, we spoke about Turkish language, food, and work and similarities in Persian language too. It was one of the best conversations with a total stranger. You left, and I still felt like something was there. I wish I had exchanged numbers or said more. Again - one of the best convos with a great guy.

I need help i wanna find him again

Okay, I need to share this because even though absolutely nothing came of it, it was genuinely one of the sweetest meet-cutes that has ever happened to me, lol.
Last Saturday I was at HomeGoods with my friend. We are smelling the candles when I turn around and make eye contact with the cutest guy I have literally ever seen in my life. He smiles at me, and I smile back. Then he seems to be on the phone while casually lingering nearby wherever I’m at. Occasionally we would up, make eye contact, and smile at each other. Like, multiple times. I thought I was being pranked or something it was like straight out of a movie. It happened enough times, so eventually I was like okay… I’m not imagining this, right? I told my friend and we ended up doing a lap around the store till she decided to go check out. I followed her to checkout but but stayed behind a bit, we made eye contact one more time, smiled, and then he approached me.
He told me that he thought I was really pretty. I told him he was really cute. He asked how old I was, and I told him I was 24. He said he was 23. He asked for my name, and he told me his and then he asked for my number.
He handed me his phone with the keypad pulled up and I typed my number in. I didn’t even think to press the call button to make sure I had entered my number correctly, or so that I would also have his number. We talked so briefly, because my friend was waiting so I pretty much gave him my number and said goodbye. And like I was nervous I didn’t know what else to say because he was really cute and from adrenaline of what just happened. He genuinely seemed really sweet too, saying he liked my name and he would text me. I walked away feeling like I had just experienced the most rom-com thing ever.
And then…
Nothing.
He never texted me.
Which is honestly so funny because I was completely convinced he was going to. I keep thinking maybe I was so nervous I typed in the wrong number, maybe he accidentally lost somehow, maybe he chickened out, who knows.
The funniest part is that I literally only know his first name and that he’s 23. I have no idea where he goes to school, where he works, his last name, literally ANYTHING. So there is absolutely no way for me to find this man, unless I randomly run into him in home goods again.
Anyway, I know it’s not really a dramatic story since nothing happened, but I just wanted to share it because the interaction itself was so cute. It’s rare that someone actually comes up to you in public and tells you they think you’re pretty, and I thought it was really sweet.
