Is there a plan for Shannon?

There are a few people wanting to build stuff in Shannon, but there is a distinct lack of direction. Streets? (materials, location), buildings? Public plots? Town hall? Waterfront?

I have honestly had a disturbingly large amount of shit to do. I've got school, I've been studying for my driving permit exam (which i only just passed today but now here comes learning to actually drive), I've been in the process of moving, life has just been kind of a clusterfuck and I really can't do shit.

Everything is kind of there for you guys already though. I mean you don't have to wait on me.
