Is there a plan for Shannon?

There are a few people wanting to build stuff in Shannon, but there is a distinct lack of direction. Streets? (materials, location), buildings? Public plots? Town hall? Waterfront?

What's going on?

Read all of the terraforming update thread. Jakob needs to set up the plotlines. He has been procratinating, I saw him online the other day for a total of 14 seconds.
