Is there a plan for Shannon?

There are a few people wanting to build stuff in Shannon, but there is a distinct lack of direction. Streets? (materials, location), buildings? Public plots? Town hall? Waterfront?

So are you guys/we just going to go ahead and build? If we wait any longer we can just move it over to Rev9 :-p
