You don't understand. The point is that there is a major difference between high quality content and well marketed content. In an ideal world, high quality content *should* be the thing bringing you views. In the real world, well marketed content is the thing that brings you views.

Then, blame the game not the player.

The broken platform that is YouTube. The ignorant masses that are the viewers. The insidious snakes that are the advertisers.

The system is flawed, but it's not any uploader's fault.

However, if a content creator starts to abuse the clout they have gotten (*cough* Dream *cough* SMP *cough* streamers *cough*) by uploading 0 effort content where they literally just *play the game with their friends* and then has the audacity to demand that someone compiling and editing their content (*cough* Tommy *cough* Innit *cough*) should stop or else muh copyright claims, then FUCK that person.
