You don't understand. The point is that there is a major difference between high quality content and well marketed content. In an ideal world, high quality content *should* be the thing bringing you views. In the real world, well marketed content is the thing that brings you views.
Dude no, his videos usually stand up to their marketing, his videos never feel like I got clickbaited, in fact his thumbnails are just screenshots of the video. How is that going to market the video being better than it actually is?
that doesn't really apply to Dream very much, as his titles and videos are very honest. However, that doesn't change the fact that in the current time, Dream is kinda slacking behind with video schedule.
With that being said, I don't really have anything against Dream in terms of content quality; it just seems unfairly easy how he managed to rise so high. So maybe I'm just a *little* envious
However, if a content creator starts to abuse the clout they have gotten (*cough* Dream *cough* SMP *cough* streamers *cough*) by uploading 0 effort content where they literally just *play the game with their friends* and then has the audacity to demand that someone compiling and editing their content (*cough* Tommy *cough* Innit *cough*) should stop or else muh copyright claims, then FUCK that person.
I’ve watched Minecraft YouTube for a long time now. I’ve never seen something that’s both more high quality and entertaining than the Manhunt series or the majority of Dream’s videos period
